What is a Wink? Will I have enough for all the hungry cupcake fans?
We have three sizes to please any crowd!
MINI WINK – Our bite-sized cupcake teases your taste buds with sweetness. We recommend ordering two per person. Trust us, you’ll want more than one!
WINK – a little more than your “average” cupcake. They are a delicious treat with any of your favorite icing a top. Mix and Match with our MINI WINK size or enjoy as part of any occasion.
JUMBO WINK – This is our biggest cupcake, it’s like a party in your mouth! It makes a great centerpiece, a fabulous surprise gift or, heck, you can eat one yourself and feel the sugar bliss for hours!
How much notice do you need to order Winks?
Thanks for asking! We would appreciate 3 full business days notice but ask for a minimum of 1 full business day to prepare your order.
Orders of Jumbo Winks require 3 full BD with a minimum order of 6.
Ordering Online? Units of 6 and above only PLEASE. If you need less than that or have questions please call our store directly.
We do not accept orders for Mondays as we are closed, Monday is also not considered a business day.
You have Vegan and Gluten-Free Cupcakes? Tell me more!
Our Vegan and Gluten-Free Cupcakes are by special order ONLY. We require a minimum of 3 full business days notice to prepare your order. We also require a minimum order of one (1) dozen cupcakes for GF or Vegan Cupcakes.
GF and Vegan is offered only in Vanilla and Chocolate
Please note that both products are made in the same space we make all our other cupcakes. Questions? Please ask!
Do Winks contain any trans-fats? What kind of ingredients do you use?
Our cupcake recipes have no trans-fats, and we do not use preservatives. Simply put, our ingredients are the freshest around. Our carrot cupcakes use real fresh carrots, our hazelnut cupcakes are made with real handmade hazelnut paste. Guinness cupcakes and Champagne cupcakes? Yep! Those have the real stuff too! Best of all, no shortening is used, just good old-fashioned butter!
Do winks LOOK exactly like your pictures on the website?
Our cupcakes are individually made and can vary slightly from the photos posted on the website. Each custom order of winks is hand-crafted just for you. If you see something you love, let us know and we will do our best to re-create it for you. Questions or Special Requests? Just ask!
What if I want a custom-designed cupcake of my own invention, or unique decorations?
You can mix-and-match cake and icing flavors right on our order page, but if you want our chefs to whip up something brand new, get in touch with us by phone or our contact page and we’ll see what we can do. If you’d like custom decorations, colors, or toppers, we’re always excited to make something special, let’s talk! Note that custom flavors and decorations may be subject to more prep time and require advance notice.
Does Wink Offer Custom Cakes and Wedding Cakes?
YES! Please send requests via our contacts page OR call the store! We will work with you to create the cake of your dreams for your special event.

Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.
What are your Delivery Fees?
Delivery fees in the Seattle area range between $7- $15. Delivery to Bellevue is $20. Additional fees will apply for deliveries outside this area.
Do you ship Winks out of state or Internationally?
We have, but each out-of-state delivery is a special arrangement. Please contact us directly by phone or via the comment form on our contacts page with your questions regarding Out of State shipping or International shipping.
We do our very best to package them to the best of our ability. Once they leave our shop we cannot guarantee how they will arrive at your front door. We are not responsible to what happens to them within shipping or if they are lost en route.
Can I pick up my cupcakes ordered by phone or the website?
Yes! Our store is located at 1817 Queen Anne Ave N in Seattle, WA.
How long will my delicious Winks stay fresh?
Winks are the very best when you enjoy them the same day they are delivered. Winks also taste the most fresh and moist when served at room temperature.
Do you offer Winks as gifts?
Absolutely! Winks can be packaged in gift boxes with your personal greeting included for an additional fee. Wink gift cards are also available for purchase.
Do you do Weddings, or other large private parties?
Why yes, we do! Please see our contacts page and drop us a line by phone or via our contact form, and we can talk about creating large or custom orders for your wedding or other event. Let us help make your special day more memorable, and delicious!
What if I want a refund or there is a problem with my delivery?
If there is an issue with your delivered product please do not accept the product as no refunds will be given on accepted or consumed items. Please call us immediately and we will try to correct your issue as best as possible. Our goal is to have a product you enjoy 100% and customer service this impeccable.
Sorry, we can’t offer refunds on consumed/eaten cupcakes.
